About Us

Tribunat is a legal platform created on  April 1, 2023. Our mission is  creating awareness on constitutionalism, human rights, and the rule of law. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to justice and protection of their basic human rights. Through our platform, we aim to empower individuals and communities by providing a safe and inclusive space for legal discourse.

Our vision is to be a leading organization that advocates for constitutionalism, human rights, and the rule of law in Azerbaijan and plays a watchdog role to guide society for a better future. 

Aydan Fuad is founder of Tribunat. She has experience of nearly 6 years in the civil society of Azerbaijan.  She has work experience managing capacity-building programmes for youth and legal assistance for citizens. 

She received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Baku State University in 2015. Additionally,  she earned a Master of Laws in Comparative Constitutional Law from Central European University (CEU) in 2020.
